empowered were born. Smith & Richardson Inc. formalized these
principles in 1994 by becoming ISO9000 certified.
Today, we are a system driven company. Emphasis is placed on
training our staff about our quality policies, procedures, and work
instructions. In addition, we relentlessly pursue improvements in
our systems through lean principles and feedback from inside and
